What are WMG Artificial Grass' Backings Made From?

Artificial Grass backing are made from 2 parts, the first layer and the secondary layer .

For the first layer , we have single-layer backing, double-layer backing, and three-layer backing .
Obviously, single layer is used for cheap and low-quality grass, double layer is used widely ,and three layers is most used for high quality sports grass .
And this is the layer to which the artificial yarns are sewn.
In our WMGRASS,we regularly use double-layer backing ,and sometimes, we also will use three-layer backing to ensure the quality of our artificial grass .What`s more , we choose quality supplier to offer good layer, ensure our artificial grass` quality from the basic materials.

And the second layer (secondary layer ) is made from latex, polyurethane, recently, there is a new second layer developed ,that is HOT MELT.
In our WMGRASS, we have four backing lines in our factory , all the backing ,including SBR LATEX.PU.HOT MELT ,are done by our own backing machine ,this will help us to meet the different requirement of our customers .

WMGrass, have founded for more than 20 years, have customer in 85+ countries ,the annual sales is 7.5 million sq/m of artificial grass, we have done and will insist to go on doing a pretty good job on doing a qualified backing for artificial grass .
In the industry, some manufacturers use low-weight layer and reduce the amount of latex used in the secondary layer when doing the backing , in WMGrass, we will never do that .
